About Us

Associated Drywall Partners, Inc is the parent company of a family of companies in the construction industry.

We have been in the drywall business since 1992 serving the hospitality industry and the residential markets.  Since our inception we have done a significant number of hotels, apartments, condominiums, student housing, assisted living projects and single family homes for both production builders and custom builders. These projects have taken us to Indiana , Illinois , Michigan , Ohio , Kentucky , Tennessee , New York , Connecticut , Mississippi , Alabama and Louisiana .

Our hotel projects include Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Quality Inn, Dollar Inn, Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites and Motel 6.

Our family of companies include:

Drywall Contractors Inc., our largest company, is primarily focused on drywall installation for single family as well as multi-family residential construction.  DCI also has a sizeable service department for drywall repairs and remodel jobs.  DCI's projects encompass the greater Indianapolis area. Over the coming months we'll be gradually changing the name DCI to Associated Drywall Partners of Indiana, reflecting the name we're using as we expand to other parts of the country.

A&L Drywall was acquired by Associated Drywall Partners, Inc. on December 13, 2007. A&L has been known for it's commitment to quality and service working with many of the top builders in its markets. ADP shares that commitment and looks forward to continuing to build upon those relationships. A&L's business will become part of Associated Drywall Partners of Indiana.

Associated Commercial Interiors was established to provide the same service and attention to detail that has contributed to continued growth at DCI.   Commercial Interiors provides complete interior build outs for industrial, retail and commercial projects including framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings and doors and hardware.  Commercial Interiors also provides remodel and misc. repair services for property managers. Its geographic market is also the greater Indianapolis area.

Associated Drywall Partners of Ohio , Associated Drywall Partners of Kentucky , Associated Drywall Partners of New York and Associated Drywall Partners of Florida .  Because of the significant number of projects we were doing outside of Indiana we established Associated Drywall Partners companies in these four states.   These Drywall Partners companies concentrate on hotels, large multi family residential, and assisted living facilities. 

We recognize time is money and every day a project is behind schedule is a missed revenue day for our customer. We continue to work with the same GCs year after year in state after state because we keep their projects on schedule and provide quality work. We also recognize that to stay on schedule requires trades working together as part of their team to solve problems and not to create dispute resolution opportunities.
