This project was a full rehab from an existing school building  and the office and gymnasium building. It consists of 41 total units. The main building units have ceiling heights from 15’-0” to 18’-0” peaks in the attic units with beautiful exposed beams.

The Annex building has several units with 13’-0” ceiling and the existing gym was created into 2 separate units leaving the old gym basketball floor and stage with the original play curtain. It is a very cool and trendy space as seen in the attached pictures.
