Based in the nine county Indianapolis Metro region, our single family division is a mainstay for the company. We work with the area’s leading homebuilders to deliver a quality finished drywall product.  As a multi-decade member of the National Association of Home Builders, we continue to uphold the tenants of quality that we committed to many years ago when we first earned NHQ Quality Assurance Certification.  Our skilled technicians and competent work crews produce high volumes of quality production while maintaining a safe working environment every day.  The excellent relationship ADP has with all of the local drywall suppliers means our customers can be assured that their homes will be stocked and ready for our crews to install and finish efficiently and safely.  We have the resources and capacity to regularly complete 80 to 100+ houses per week!

The continued growth of Associated Drywall Partners has been built on our multi-family division.  We routinely work with general contractors and developers from project inception, providing value engineering suggestions all the way through project completion.  ADP has completed tens of thousands of housing units since its first apartment project in the early 90’s. From student housing and assisted living projects to complicated residential-over-retail podium projects, we have proven expertise in the field.  Our long-term relationships with multifamily developers and builders has accelerated ADP’s reputation in the industry.  

While ADP has always lightly participated in commercial and industrial projects, the commercial division is relatively new. In just five years, this division of Associated Drywall Partners has already demonstrated the ability to take on the unique challenges of this sector of construction.
